1. Carbon Fiber (CF)
Technology for strengthening of the structure by means of
composite materials
2. Impressed Current Cathodic Protection
(ICCP)
Under this system, steel reinforcement inside the concrete
structure will be provided with electron from an external
source, by feeding low voltage DC current, which will prevent
the steel from losing its own electron (real cause of corrosion
and rusting of the steel). If design and installation were
done properly and correctly, the system will completely 100%
protect the steel from rusting and corrosion. Level of the
current can be adjusted to suit with severity in corrosion
and rusting of the steel.
3. Thermally
Arc-Sprayed Alloy CP System (TASAS)
Under this system, melted special alloy (or zinc) will
be sprayed on surface of the concrete or steel ( for steel
structures). The steel or steel reinforcement will obtain
electron directly from the special alloy ( or zinc) sprayed
atop. As result, steel will not get corroded or rusting due
to losing of its own electron. In severe corrosion environment,
the special alloy will be preferable over zinc due to
its higher rate in supplying electron.
4. Smart Load Alarm System (SLAS)
Technology for monitoring of the structure and warning on
strange or improper structural behaviors to allow for the
proper action being taken beforehand.
